The birth of EntrepeTeens
As a mother of three amazing teenagers, I often find myself torn between the boundless hope that parenthood brings and the ever-present worry that accompanies it.
It’s a universal sentiment shared by parents worldwide, transcending borders, cultures, and backgrounds. We can’t help but worry about our teen’s futures. The best way to overcome my sleepless nights was to activate my “solution mode”.
Their world is driven by innovation and creativity, and equipping my teenagers for their future means more than just preparing them for a traditional career path. They need to be empowered to become tomorrow’s CEOs. And so EntrepeTeens, a Featsy offspring was born.
EntrepeTeen [ on-trop-a-teen ] noun A young person under the age of 21 years old who demonstrates an inspired interest in and actively engages in entrepreneurial activities.

EntrepeTeens isn’t just a website; it’s a labour of love with the simple idea: Why not encourage our youngsters to create their opportunities and introduce them to the exciting world of entrepreneurship while they are young?
I want my kids and children everywhere to learn the value of hard work, the thrill of trying new things and having a sense of achievement. They’ll learn responsibility, leadership skills and the understanding that it’s perfectly okay to stumble along the way. In today’s society where things come waaaaaay too easily to children (and yes it is our fault that we spoil our kids) it is important that children understand the value of money. So they can STOP considering their parents their personal ATMs! And perhaps looking at the Micky D’s burger differently or appreciating the reason for the “only one drink” rule when we go out for dinner.

EntrepeTeens is just like our parent website, Featsy, whose mission is to Equip, Empower, and Encourage artisans who want to turn their passions into online ventures. We will create a supportive community focusing on our younger generation. 
Our goal is very clear: to Uplift, Empower, and Inspire our youth entrepreneurs – the new generation of business leaders. To provide a community for today’s tech-savvy generation to fearlessly turn their passion into profit and to transform their hobbies, crafts, and ideas into thriving business ventures. EnterpeTeens will provide the tools, technology, and unwavering support they need to build and manage their online businesses successfully.

But EntrepeTeens isn’t just about business – we believe in the positive influence of friends, a safe environment, and supportive parents / guardians . In a world where everything is fast-paced, where you can binge-watch an entire series in 2 days, EntrepeTeens would like teenagers to learn to slow down and cherish the joy of creating something unique, something one-of-a-kind. They’ll need guidance, inspiration, and sometimes a little financial support, too! It could also become a wonderful bonding experience for families of all ages and make it easier to connect with your teen, on common ground.
At EntrepeTeens, we’re all about boosting confidence. It’s perfectly okay not to have all the answers and to make mistakes along the way. We will introduce them to consumers who will understand that they’re still learning and growing. In a world that can sometimes be harsh, we offer a warm and supportive atmosphere.
