1. How to make my account more secure?
Your account’s security is our top priority. Elevate your EntrepeTeens experience with these tips to safeguard your account and personal details from unauthorized access:
- Choose a strong and unique password. A strong password is a combination of characters, numbers, and symbols that is difficult for others to guess.
- Here are some tips for creating a strong password:
- – Length (at least 12-15 characters)
– Complexity: Include a mix of uppercase & lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g., !, @, #, $, %).
– Avoid personal information
– Avoid common words and patterns
– Use a unique password
– Avoid dictionary words
– Randomness: Try to make your password as random as possible.
– Passphrase: Consider using a passphrase - Avoid using public or shared devices to log in to your account.
- Regularly update your password and avoid using the same password for multiple accounts.
- Be cautious with sharing your account information and avoid clicking on suspicious links or emails.
2. What to do if I suspect fraud on my account?
If you notice anything suspicious in your EntrepeTeens account, we advise you to change your password first and then take the following steps:
- Visit EntrepeTeens.
- “Log In” to your account and from the dropdown menu choose “Dashboard”
- On your Dashboard choose ‘‘Orders’’ and review recent account for any suspicious activity. If you spot anything fishy, report it to EntrepeTeen’s customer support team at customercare@www.entrepeteens.com .
If necessary, inform your bank or payment provider to stop your credit cards or a transaction. EntrepeTeen’s does not store your financial information.
