1.1 How do I find a product?
Here are a few ways to hunt down your next favorite thing:
- Use the search bar located at the top of the homepage to search for a product. Simply type in the product name, category, or relevant keywords, and click the search icon.
- Use the “Shop the Stalls” functionality to browse through our categories and use filters to narrow down your search results.
- Use the “Vendor Stalls” functionality to search for a product via a Stall.
1.2 How do I get more information about a product?
Curious about a product? Here’s how to get more information:
- Browse through the products listed by our sellers.
- Click on the product listing you are interested in.
- On the listing page there is a short description to the right of the product image with the available attributes.
- If you require more detailed information – below the image of the product are product descriptions, specifications, sizing information, customer reviews, and additional images.

1.3 I can’t find a product
If your product hunt hits a snag, try these tricks on EntrepeTeens:
- Use the Search Bar: Enter relevant keywords, product names, or categories in the search bar located at the top of the homepage . This will help you narrow down your search and find the product you are looking for.
- Check Spelling and Keywords: Ensure that the spelling of your search terms is accurate and try different variations or synonyms for better results.
- Browse Categories: Explore the different product categories available on EntrepreTeens to discover similar products that may meet your needs.
- Use Filters: After conducting a search or browsing through categories, use the filtering options on the search results page to refine your search based on price range, seller location, or other specifications.
- Contact Customer Support: If you still cannot find the product you are looking for, our customer support team is here to help. Feel free to contact us at customercare@www.entrepeteens.com with specific details about the product you are trying to find, and we will assist you in your search.

2. Stock availability
2.1 When will an item be in stock?
- Get in touch with the seller by going to the seller’s Stall page (located on the product listing) and clicking contact seller.
- They will be able to provide you with details on the product’s availability and any estimated restocking dates, if available.
2.2 What if I can’t find the size and colour I want?
- Check Back Later: Popular products often make a comeback, the same might go for colours as well.
- Contact the Seller: Hit the seller up directly on their Stall page. Click “contact seller” to request a specific size or color.
- Or, reach out to Customer Support, and we’ll lend a hand.
2.3 Can I place a back order?
Absolutely! – if the Stall owner allows it. Backorders involve placing an order for an item that is currently out of stock, with the intention of fulfilling the order once the product becomes available again.
However, we do understand the importance of providing a seamless shopping experience for our buyers.
If a product you are interested in is currently out of stock, we recommend checking back regularly or adding the item to your wishlist. This way, you’ll be notified when the product is restocked or becomes available again.
You can also contact the seller directly by going to the seller’s Stall page (located on the product listing) and clicking contact seller to request an item. They will be able to provide you with details on the product’s availability and any estimated restocking dates, if available.

3. Personalising product
3.1 How do I personalise a product?
A personalised product is an item that is customised or tailored specifically for an individual based on their preferences, needs, or specifications.
Not all products can be personalised – it would all depend on products.
Fancy adding your flair to a product? Here’s how to check if a personalised product is being offered :
- Browse through the products listed by our sellers.
- Click on the product to view the details.
- Once you’ve selected the product, look at the description of the product and the option that says “Personalise.”
- Depending on the product, you can usually add your own design, text, or both.
- After adding your personalization, take advantage of the preview feature to see how your design will appear on the product. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure it looks exactly how you want it.
- If applicable, choose the size, colour and quantity of the personalized product you wish to order.
- Once you are satisfied with the customization, click “Add to Cart” to include the personalized product in your order.
- Proceed to Checkout.
3.2 Is personalising a product more expensive?
Adding your personal touch might come with a price tag. Some sellers charge extra for the effort, while others include it into the product’s price. To find out the cost of personalising a particular product, check the product listing or contact the seller directly for more information.
3.3 Can I return a personalised product?
In most cases, personalised products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the customisation process that deviates from the provided instructions. As personalised items are unique and tailored specifically for you, they may not be resellable by the seller to other customers. Therefore, it’s important to carefully review all personalisation details and instructions before confirming your order. If you have concerns about a personalised product, contact the seller before making the purchase to clarify their return policy regarding customised items.

4.1 How to review a product?
Please share your thoughts, experiences, and any feedback you have about the product to help other buyers make informed decisions. We can also use the feedback to improve your product offering and customer service.
To leave a review:
- Go to EntrepeTeens
- Click on the icon “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page.
- Click on the profile icon on the top right.
- Navigate to your “Order history’’. My Orders
- Select the product you wish to review. Click on the “Write a Review” or “Leave Feedback” option.
4.2 What is a verified review?
A verified review on EntrepeTeens is a customer review that has been confirmed to be from a genuine buyer who has purchased the product on EntrepreTeens. Verified reviews provide valuable feedback from real customers, enhancing transparency and reliability in the review system. They help other shoppers make informed decisions based on authentic experiences.
4.3 Can I review a product without purchasing it?
