3. Why is my listing inactive?
At EntrepeTeens, we understand that managing your listings is a crucial aspect of your selling journey. Occasionally, you might encounter situations where your listing becomes inactive, temporarily preventing your product from being visible to potential buyers.
Here are a few reasons your listing could be inactive:
- Review shop policies: Ensure that your shop policies (e.g., shipping, returns) are in compliance with EntrepeTeens guidelines. Incomplete or inaccurate policies can result in listing inactivity.
- Out of stock: If your product is out of stock, your listing may become inactive. Update the quantity or restock the item to reactivate the listing.
- Payment or account issues: Check your payment settings and verify that there are no outstanding issues related to your Seller account eg Membership fees.
Review guidelines: Review EntrepeTeens’ Content Policy to ensure your product meets all the necessary requirements for active listings. - If none of the above reasons apply or if you need further clarification, contact EntrepeTeens support at supportstars@entrepeteens.com for assistance in resolving the listing inactivity issue.
4. Why is my Stall suspended?
EntrepeTeens will only suspend an account when our policies have been violated and/or the mandatory information for running a Stall has not been completed or supporting documentation has not been submitted.
Such violations could be:
- Legal: non-compliance with legal regulation
- Content: non-compliance with EntrepeTeens’ Content Policy
- Financial: your membership fees are overdue
Depending on the reason for the suspension, EntrepeTeens will send you an email with details about your account status and how to resolve the issue.
Note – suspensions should be rare – only after we have tried to resolve the issue with you on numerous occasions.
