Earnings and withdrawals

1. How do I receive payments?

To receive payments on your Stall earnings, you need to request a withdrawal from your Stall Dashboard.  A “withdrawal” is the process to request the transfer of your Stall earnings from EntrepeTeens to your confirmed bank account of choice.

2. When are funds available for withdrawal? (criteria)

When a buyer pays for their order, the payment less charges is allocated to the sellers accounts.

Money becomes available for withdrawal on the following criteria –

  • order is complete (delivered) and order was made at least 5 working days ago (this is the allotted time customers can request a refund/return)
  • you have at least R151 available in your Stall account  
  • all required vendor information needs to be completed on your Vendor profile
  • vendors need a valid bank account
  • accurate and up-to-date bank account information on your account settings with the proof of bank account (so that we pay into the correct bank account)  
  • vendors can expect the payout to be deposited directly into their specified bank account

3. Deadlines for requesting a withdrawal

Payments are made weekly on a Wednesday for all completed orders + 5 days which area available for withdrawal.  Withdrawal requests need to be made by mid day Monday – 14:00. 

If there are public holidays within the week – there may be slight change/delay in the processes and timing of payment/withdrawal requests.

4. How long does it take to receive my money?

Money should reach you latest by the Saturday morning – the times may vary depending on your bank of choice, for funds to be displayed in your account as EntrepeTeen’s bank may differ to yours.     Please also take note of public holidays which may affect payments.

5. Requesting a Withdrawal

To withdraw your earnings

  • log into your vendor account 
  • on you Store Manager select the “Payments” option from the menu
  • select the “withdrawal” option on the top right hand side of the page
  • your withdrawal detail will be displayed on the top left hand corner
    • pending withdrawals
    • threshold for withdrawal
    • reverse pay balance
  • the withdrawal option will be disabled if you don’t have enough funds in your account (eg > R150)
  • if there is enough money – enter your withdrawal amount
  • confirm your withdrawal request

6. Are there withdrawal fees?

There are NO withdrawal fees other than those which your bank may change.

7. Can I schedule automatic withdrawals?

At this time, we do not offer automatic withdrawal scheduling. You will need to manually initiate each withdrawal request.

8. Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

Yes – once a withdrawal request has been initiated, it is possible to cancel your request.  Please send a request to bread@entrepeteens.com with the subject CANCEL WITHDRAWAL REQUEST.

9. What should I do if I encounter issues?

If you experience any problems with your withdrawal request, such as delays or errors, please contract our support team supportstars@entrepeteens.com. They will assist you in resolving your issue.
