Making a payment

1. What are my payment options on EntrepeTeens?

We offer the following payment options:

Credit and Debit Card Payments (Yoco) – The following credit cards are supported:

  • Visa Credit Cards
  • Visa Debit Cards
  • Visa Electron
  • MasterCard Credit Cards
  • MasterCards
  • Debit Cards
  • American Express Debit Cards
  • American Express Credit Cards
  • Maestro Cards
  • SASSA Cards

EFT [electronic funds transfer (PayFast)] – The following banks are supported:

  • FNB
  • ABSA
  • Standard Bank
  • Capitec
  • Nedbank
  • Investec
  • Tyme Bank
  • African Bank and
  • Bidvest

2. How to pay via credit/debit card

Follow this guide to pay via credit/ debit card:

    • Once you have completed your shopping,
    • Click on the “Checkout” button so you can complete the order
    • Choose the option “Pay using Credit or Debit Card”.

If this is the first time you are using this payment option, after selecting the card payment method, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway.
You will be required to complete your credit/debit card information so that it can be saved for future order payments.

Enter the following details:

-Cardholder’s name: Provide the name exactly as it appears on the card.
-Card number: Enter the 16-digit number on the front of your card.
-Expiration date: Input the month and year when your card expires.
-CVV/CVC code: This three-digit security code is usually located on the back of your card.
-Billing address: Enter the address associated with the card.

    • Review all the information you have entered, including the order total, delivery address, and card details, for accuracy and verify that you agree to the terms and conditions.
    • Click on the “Pay’’ button to complete the order
    • You may be required by your bank to approve the payment on your banking app.

3. How to pay via EFT

Follow this guide to pay using EFT:

      • Once you have completed your shopping,
      • Click on the “Checkout” button so you can complete the order
      • Choose the option “Electronic Funds Transfer/EFT” as your preferred payment method
      • Choose your bank
      • You will be redirected to your bank
      • Log in to your online banking account and navigate to the option for making a payment
      • Follow the prompts to complete your purchase – amount, reference number
      • Click on the “Pay’’ button to complete the order
      • You may be required by your bank to approve the payment on your banking app.

4. Can I pay using a  coupon?

  • Yes you can use a valid Stall coupon when on check out
  • To apply a coupon code, simply enter it in the designated “Coupon Code”  field during the checkout process. Then, click the “Apply coupon”  in order for the discount to reflect in your order total.

4.1 Can I use multiple coupon codes on a single order?

  • As long as your order meets the coupon requirements more than one coupon may be used for the order.
  • Please note that the coupon may work only for orders from certain stalls or on certain product

4.2 Are there any conditions on coupon usage?

  • Coupons may have restrictions such as expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, or exclusions on certain products or categories. Be sure to read the coupon’s terms and conditions to ensure eligibility

4.3 How may times can I use a coupon?

  • Coupon can only be used once
  • Verify the terms of use on the coupon

4.4 Where can I find valid EntrepeTeens coupons?

  • You can find valid coupon codes on our website – https://www.entrepeteens.com in promotional emails, on our social media channels, or by signing up for our newsletter.

5. How do I dispute a charge?

If you have been erroneously charged for something on EntrepreTeens – please follow these steps to dispute the charge:

      • Check for Order Confirmation: First, double-check your email or EntrepreTeens account for any order confirmations. It could be possible that someone with access to your account might have placed the order unintentionally.
      • Contact EntrepreTeens Support: If you cannot find any record of the order, please report the transaction to EntrepreTeens customer support at customercare@www.entrepeteens.com
      • Be sure to provide as much information as you can regarding the issue such as date, time, and order number.
      • If you feel that you may be a victim of fraud – please contact your bank immediately.
