Delivery options

1. What are my delivery options?

We offer two delivery options: PAXI and Pudo – both options require a cell number and name.

PUDO is a parcel delivery service in South Africa that utilises a network of smart lockers for convenient and secure package pickups and drop-offs

Delivery methods to choose from with PUDO:

  • delivered to your door (customer)
  • you pick it up from a locker close to you

PAXI allows you to send and receive a variety of items in an easy and affordable way. Items are dropped off and picked up at various PAXI Points nationwide.

Delivery locations to choose from with Paxi:

  • PEP stores,
  • Tekkie Town
  • Shoe City

The Seller may have a defined delivery method they prefer to use – details will be on their Stalls.

1.1 How does PUDO work?

PUDO’s package delivery process is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both vendors and customers.  Find a locker close to you at:

  • The customer places an order, chooses a delivery method, and provides their delivery details to the seller (either delivery address or pick-up locker location)
  • The seller prepares the package
  • The seller arranges for delivery – either to the customer’s door or the chosen locker
  • The customer is informed that the package is out for delivery
  • Throughout the process, PUDO keeps the customer informed through various communication channels, such as email, SMS, or a dedicated mobile application, offering updates on the delivery status and tracking information
  • Door delivery – a customer receives a package delivered to their door
  • Locker pick up – a customer receives a locker pin and locker number, via SMS, to retrieve their package (customer has 36 hours to retrieve the parcel from the locker)

1.2 How does PAXI work? 

The PAXI package delivery process requires the customer to collect their package from a designated store.  Find a PAXI point close to you at:  https://www.paxi.co.za/paxi-points

  • The customer places an order, chooses a delivery method, and provides a store choice and delivery location
  • The seller prepares the package.
  • The seller arranges for delivery – via the chosen shop.
  • The customer is informed that the package is out for delivery.
  • Upon arrival at the designated PAXI point, the customer receives a notification that they can pick up the package.
  •  Store pick up – a customer collects their package at the chosen location

2. How to choose my delivery address?

Choosing your delivery address is a straightforward process to ensure you receive your package with convenience and accuracy.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you select your delivery address:

  • When you have placed an order on EntrepeTeens, and proceeded to check out, you will be required to choose a delivery method and complete a delivery address
  • The delivery location will be determined by a delivery address
  • Double-check the accuracy of your delivery address before confirming your order – Make sure to include all relevant information, such as your name, street address, apartment number (if applicable), city, and postal code.
  • The seller will use the delivery address to find your nearest convenient PAXI or PUDO location (if this is the method chosen)
  • The seller will confirm the location with you for PAXI and PUDO locker deliveries
  • If you have any specific delivery instructions for the courier, such as preferred delivery hours or additional directions to locate your address, you can include them in the designated section.
