1. Order management
1.1 How to place an order
To place an order on EntrepeTeens, follow these simple steps:
- Visit EntrepeTeens.
- Browse through the unique products listed in our Stalls. You can filter by category by clicking on the ‘‘Category’’ button on the left corner of the homepage. Or search using the search bar on top of the homepage.
- Click on the product you wish to purchase, and details of the product will be displayed
- Select the desired quantity, size, or colour (if applicable).
- Click the “Add to Cart” button and either continue shopping or proceed to checkout
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the checkout process and provide the necessary shipping and payment information.
- You will receive an order confirmation email
- Your order will be prepared for delivery, and you may be contacted by the seller to confirm some of your details.
1.2 Why can’t I place an order?
If you are unable to place an order (i.e.: complete processing your order), there may be some required information that may be missing/problematic- your payment method, delivery restriction to your location, or product availability.

1.3 Where can I find my orders?
Your EntrepeTeens orders can be found under “Orders”-
- Visit EntrepeTeens
- Click on the icon “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page
- Click on your profile or account icon, located at the top right corner of the page.
- In the dropdown menu.
- Select “Orders” – “Order History.” All your orders will be displayed, with their relevant information such as – order number, purchase date, and order status.
1.4 How can I get help with my order?
For any assistance with products, whether it’s regarding an order or product inquiries, please contact the seller directly, using the messaging system on EntrepeTeens.

Follow these steps:
- Visit EntrepeTeens
- Click on the icon “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page
- Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Click on ‘‘Orders’’/ ‘‘Order History’’.
- Next to the order you need help with, select Support ticket.
- Select the category and priority of your query.
- Under issues you are having fill in the specific issue you are having with the product.
- Select “Submit” and your query will be sent to the seller.
2. Order status
2.1 What do the order statuses mean?
Once an order has been placed, a delivery status is assigned to let you know where in the delivery process your order is. There are a number of order statuses:
- Not dispatched – the order has not been sent to you yet
- Dispatched – the seller has prepared your order and given it to Pudo/Paxi
- Pre-transit – the parcel is with Pudo/Paxi and is pending scanning at the delivery facility
- In Transit – your order is on its way to you
- Delivered – your order has been delivered to you
Throughout the process you will receive either an email notices or SMS, informing you of the status of your order.
If the estimated delivery date has passed and your order still shows as Not dispatched, please contact the seller. For further assistance, go to your Orders page and select Support ,fill in the issues you are having then select submit.
2.2 How do I track my order?
Your EntrepreTeens orders can be found under “Orders”-

- Visit EntrepeTeens
- Click on the icon “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page
- Click on your profile or account icon, located at the top right corner of the page.
- In the dropdown menu.
- Find the order you wish to track and click on the tracking number or link provided.
- This will redirect you to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can view the real-time status of your delivery.
3. How to change my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you may have the option to make changes, such as modifying the quantity or colour of an item. Please contact the seller as soon as possible with your request and they will be able to assist you, if possible. Prior to purchasing your products, please be familiar with the Stall’s Policies.
To change your order:
- Go to EntrepeTeens
- Click on the icon “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page
- Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the homepage.
- In the dropdown menu.
- Select “Order History.” All your orders will be displayed, with their relevant information such as – order number, purchase date, and order status.
- Find the order you wish to change.
- Select “Support” and fill in the details of what you require.
4. How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you may have the option to cancel your order. Please contact the seller as soon as possible with your request and they will be able to assist you, if possible. Prior to purchasing your products, please be familiar with the Stall’s Policies.
Follow these steps:
- Go to EntrepeTeens
- Click on the icon “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page
- Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the homepage.
- In the dropdown menu.
- Select “Orders” – “Order History.” All your orders will be displayed, with their relevant information such as – order number, purchase date, and order status.
- Find the order you wish to change. Click on the order and click on the shop.
- Find the ‘‘contact seller’’ button at the bottom of the shop page.
5. Why did my order get cancelled?
- Orders could be cancelled for various reasons, such as payment issues, delivery restrictions, or product availability.
- If your order is cancelled, you will be notified with a reason and potential alternatives.
- If you have not been contacted, please contact the seller directly.
