Delivery timeframes
1. When will my product be delivered?
EntrepeTeen’s delivery policy is – the Seller has 5 business days to dispatch your parcel (business days are Monday – Friday).
The delivery times you receive your parcel would also depend on:

- Seller’s location – they may live in a remote area and only go to town occasionally
- Method of delivery –
- Delivery location chosen – the more remote, the longer the delivery time
- Size of the package – the larger items may take a little longer to deliver
Pudo delivery estimate times are between 2-7 business days.
PAXI delivery estimate times are between 3-9 business days.
2. Why is my delivery taking long?
Delivery times can vary depending on various factors, such as your location, the seller’s location, the delivery method selected, and product availability.
If you have concerns about your delivery time, please contact the seller directly or contact our customer support team at customercare@www.entrepeteens.com
The seller will communicate the progress of your delivery and so will PUDO and PAXI.
3. How do I track my order?
You can track the progress of your order, on your order page.
- Click on the icon “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page
- Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Find the order you wish to track and click on the tracking number or link provided. This will redirect you to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can view the real-time status of your delivery.
The seller will communicate the progress of your delivery and so will PUDO and PAXI.
