Become an E-Teen

1. What is the process to become an E-Teen?

Welcome to the first step on your EntrepeTeens Journey, where becoming an EntrepeTeens Seller is only 6 easy steps away!

EntrepeTeens provides traditional Flea and Craft market vendors an alternative e-market to manage their online presence, therefore not all goods can be sold on EntrepeTeens.

Before you open an EntrepeTeens Stall, get an understanding of EntrepeTeens’s process and policies by:

  • Reviewing our Content Policy Content Policy , which details what can and can’t be sold on EntrepeTeens and check if you can sell your items.
  • Reviewing our Terms & Conditions , which are the “rules of engagement”
  • Understand the Payments and Fee Policy  for selling on EntrepeTeens.

The steps to follow to open your Stall are:

1 Application – Complete the vendor registration  form Vendor Registration and submit it for approval
2 Approval – Your application will be reviewed within 3 business days and you will be informed of your stall approval
3 Final Registration – Complete your Entrepeteens Seller registration by supplying the required information and supporting documentation
4 Open your Stall – Create and personalise your stall and stock your stall with your products, by listing your items
5 Manage your Stall – Make sales and interact with your customer
Manage your Stall items – adding new items, restocking your stall and updating information about your item (e.g. sales, new etc)
Deliver your orders to customers and communicate timelines with them.
Get paid
Step 6 Optimise your Stall – Use your dashboard to manage your stall, analyse your performance, review your statistics and make adjustments where required.

Your vendor application will be reviewed by the EntrepeTeens team and will take between 12-36 hours.
You will be contacted via the contact details you have supplied on the application – email / phone number when you are approved as a Seller
On approval, please feel free to engage with our support team to guide you in creating your stall.

2. How to register as an E-Teen?

We are so excited that you would like to join EntrepeTeens. Registration is free!

  • Before you can register, make sure you have created an account on EntrepeTeens.com
  • Click on the “Log In”  icon at the top right corner of the page.
  • On the EntrepeTeens homepage and click on the “Become a vendor” Become a vendor button on the ribbon bar.
  • Complete the registration form with your personal details and tell us a little bit about your Stall and the products you will be selling. We just need to make sure that your Stall complies with our Content Policy
  • Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy , and then click “Sign Up” to create your seller account.

3. Who can sell on EntrepeTeens?

If you sell your wares at Flea and Craft Markets, are a crafter, artist, home baker, farmer, budding or existing entrepreneur or sole proprietor providing services – you are welcome to open a Stall on EntrepeTeens.

4. Can children (<21yrs) sell on EntrepeTeens?

At EntrepeTeens, we value entrepreneurship and creativity in all age groups, including young individuals under 21 years, who we affectionately call “EntrepeTeens.”  Learn more about Featsy’s EntrepeTeens at www.enterpeteens.co.za
While we encourage young minds to explore their entrepreneurial potential, our platform has specific Terms and Conditions guidelines regarding sellers who are minors.

Our Terms and Conditions state that individuals under the age of 18 can participate in selling on EntrepeTeens under the guidance and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. This means that an adult must assume the primary responsibility for managing the seller account and overseeing all business activities.

5. What products can I sell on EntrepeTeens?

EntrepeTeens provides traditional Flea and Craft market vendors an alternative e-market to manage their online presence, therefore not all goods can be sold on EntrepeTeens.

6. What products CANNOT be sold on EntrepeTeens?

There are a number of product categories which may not be sold on EntrepeTeens. These include products that face legal restrictions, safety concerns and mass produced goods.  EntrepeTeens wants to make sure it stays on the safe side of all laws and regulations. For Sellers, that means you have to be careful that nothing you list could get you into trouble.  If you do list a restricted product it could impact your ability to continue selling on EntrepeTeens.

7. What are the Terms & Conditions?

Entrepeteens Terms & Conditions  published in July 2023 outline the rules of engagement when opening a Stall on EntrepeTeens.

8. What supporting documentation do I need to open a Stall?

We may request confirmation of your banking details or a copy of your credit card / debit card. To ensure that we will be paying your monies into the correct account.

9. What type of fees do I pay on EntrepeTeens?

  • It is free to join EntrepeTeens – there are no sign-up costs and you get your first 3 months subscription for free.
  • We charge a monthly subscription fee, first 60 days are free afterward we charge a commission fee when you sell an item. The subscription fee is on a month to month basis.
  • PayFast, Yoko and the banks charge EntrepeTeens payment processing fees, which is a mixture of fixed fees and a percentage of the transactions. The total amount charged is for the full transaction, which includes delivery fees and EntrepeTeens commission. An average fee will be charged on each total transaction.
